I’m sure John Calipari feels like this right now:
“I can’t believe Memphis lost BABY!”
That might be a little bit of karma for a guy that isn’t exactly the epitome of class.
But good ol’ Dick isn’t crying here because Memphis lost. He isn’t even crying because someone stole his Hooters’ hotwings. That picture of Dick Vitale comes from his announcement that he has been inducted into the National Basketball Hall of Fame. Vitale annoys the crap out of me (especially since he’s been pimpin’ Hooters’ hotwings), but you cannot deny that the guy has passion and loves basketball. For that, congradulations to him and congradulations to the Jayhawks for one of the most amazing Final Fours in recent memory (and for sending Calipari home without a trophy).
